Are your advertised sales prices the “base price”?
No. The sales price for an Anderson Home includes many upgrades that other builders typically charge you for in addition to their “base price”. Visit our Features Tour to view our standard features. We do have a few options such as backyard patio and landscaping, full house blinds, and a laundry room sink.
Where are you currently building in Hollister?
We are building our last homes on Monte Vista Drive in Hollister. Please call for availability. We anticipate starting construction at a new location in the summer of 2013. Ask an Anderson Homes representative for details.
Which school district are the homes located in?
Our homes in Hollister are located in the Hollister School District (HSD) and San Benito High School District. Several schools are within the HSD.

Are your homes in Hollister part of an HOA?
No, our homes are not part of a homeowner’s association and therefore, owners do not pay HOA fees.
What is the required deposit in the sales contract?
Typically, the initial deposit is 3% of the purchase price. On a case by case basis, we may accept less for the initial deposit.
What is the minimum loan downpayment?
3.5% of the purchase price is generally the downpayment for purchasers who qualify for an FHA mortgage. Some borrowers may qualify for a $0 downpayment USDA mortgage and veterans may qualify for a $0 downpayment VA mortgage.
Do I need to be preapproved with Anderson Homes’ preferred lender?
Generally, we do require homebuyers to be preapproved with our preferred lender before entering a purchase agreement. Receiving a loan pre-approval from our preferred lender will save time and ensure a smoother purchase.
