We take pride in the quality of every one of our homes, as well as the service that comes thereafter. As such, we offer a Customer Care Program to give our homeowners peace of mind and assurance with their investment.

The majority of features of the home are covered under warranty; review our Anderson Homes Customer Care Booklet (per community) for more information about specific materials, features, and coverage periods. Please also see our Homeowner Maintenance page for information on how to remedy common issues.

For warranty requests:

  • Review the Anderson Homes Customer Care Program Booklet (per community) for more detailed information on any specific item for which you are requesting service. If it pertains to an appliance, click here.
  • To make a warranty service request, please complete the form below. For other ways to submit a request, click here.
  • You will be contacted by our customer service team within two business days to review details and determine next steps. If needed, you will be placed in our customer service queue and subsequently contacted to schedule an inspection/repair appointment. We work hard to ensure every Anderson Home is in good working order, and appreciate your patience!
